When we found out we were moving out of state we contacted Michelle to help us with our home. Michelle made everything so easy and took the time to explain the market and how things worked. We ended up leasing our home for two years before we decided to sell. Michelle set everything up and the process went very smoothly. Once we got ready to put it on the market again I was so worried because we were 5 hours away and I couldn't imagine coordinating all the things that needed to be done. Turns out I didn't have to! Michelle took care of everything, put me in contact with the right people and made sure they had access to the house in order to get it ready. Didn't take very long to sell either! Closing was a breeze. I can't say enough good things about Michelle and her team, they made what could have been a very stressful experience like a walk in the park.
